Are there any leagal matters a buyer must get to buy a property? |

A buyer must get a Spanish iid number.This is possible through the police.We will handle this matter but today the buyer has to be present in person with the passport.The Notary will normally give a certain timelimit to get this.If not possible to do it in Spain,the buyer can do this i the Spanish consulate at home.It will take som more time. |
